The Cold Brew Martini
One of the all-time classics (and best cocktails) is the infamous Espresso Martini. Over the years the reliability of taste in an Espresso Martini has come far less from the choice of vodka or a particular bartender's method of making the drink. Grey Goose, Tito’s, Belvedere, who cares? The Espresso Martini is not about capturing the illusive flavor of vodka (which is flavorless by the way). It exists for one reason, and one reason only: keeping the night going.
There are so many ways you can end your night out with friends, but why bother when the Espresso Martini exists? And yet, it somehow still makes the perfect nightcap! It can end your night, or keep it going. And that's where the Quesadilla Gorilla bar comes in. We’re not just your one-stop shop for all things Margaritas, Tequila, and Quesadillas; we’re the perfect spot to keep your night going just a tad bit longer.
If you’ve been around and seen the new Fall/Winter Menu from QG, you might have noticed one of our recent additions: The Coldbrew Martini.
Look, we just don’t have room for an espresso machine to pull fresh shots for an espresso martini, so we did one better.
We paired up with the awesome team at Component Coffee Lab to feature their Guatemalan cold brew concentrate in our Cold Brew Martini.
The Cold Brew not only is easier on the stomach but provides a consistent flavor with every sip each time you order it. Paired up with your choice of vodka, our house-made demerara syrup, and the best of all, St. George’s NOLA Coffee Liqueur, our Coldbrew Martini will blow your favorite Espresso Martini out of the water.
The St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur features amazing flavors of plum, vanilla, and French chicory root which gives it its notable "New Orleans" style flavor. There are many coffee liqueurs out there. But for us, this one stands far above the rest.
Whether you’re headed out with friends, or ending your date night at the QG bar, be sure to give that Cold Brew Martini a chance before its gone forever!
Just kidding she'll never leave.
